ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
Goods return
Any willing to return a purchased good must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date: to request a return or cancellation, please visit your customer account here.
Return procedure:
- Submit your return request here: in the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return". - Products that have been personalized at the customer's request, including engraved items, are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, except in the event of defects, lack of conformity, or production errors.
- We only accept returned items if they are not engraved, if they are unworn, new and without any sign of damage. The item (or items) must be sent together with the jewel box and all the documents received from Delettrez srl.
- We do not accept scratched items, items with missing stones, missing spare parts of the items.
- We will refund you net of return shipping costs, once the item has been received, checked and processed as compliant with the indications stated above at 2. The crediting date is the same as the debit, therefore you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
- After we have received the parcel, it may take a few days for us to process your return. You will receive a confirmation e-mail concerning your refund.
- In cases where the conditions set out in points 2,3 and 4 are not respected, the refund of the purchased goods shall not be paid.
